What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery depending on the complexity of the design.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes inside delivery, room placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
