A Nêhiyawak (Plains Cree) beaded pad saddle. The hourglass-outline seat of hide construction, with floral beadwork at the corners above pictorial beaded drop panels, two monogrammed: DH, two depicting a house, and each terminating in beaded yarn tassels.
