Oil on canvas; 28" x 22". Framed 34" x 28". Forrest was an illustrator, commercial artist and businessman from El Paso, Texas - San Antonio native, came to El Paso in 1923. While working full time as an advertising manager for a local furniture company, he illustrated the magazine articles in western novels written by Eugene Cunningham. He worked for and retired from Lockheed Martin as a mechanical Engineer. We acquired seven originals from his estate. "Glyn" was not part of his real name and Forrest only used the addition of "Glyn" for a few short years on his paintings.
