Shotgun Trade Sign

Historic mercantile trade sign of a large oversized double barrel shotgun. This sign was used as a trade stimulator and would hang outside the store to attract customers and act as an advertising sign. Feet shows a wooden stock, trigger, trigger guard and hammers. The barrel shows metal construction and is painted with a bronze finish. The trade sign is massive and is in fair condition with expected wear from use. Dated Circa 1890-1900, measures 85"L x 8 1/2" at the widest. Was told it came from a gun shop in Deadwood, South Dakota.
